Collection: Grenada

Grenada, like most of the British Caribbean islands, used British-style plates, generally white or silver on black, black on white, and black on yellow.  Grenada is unique in that they used porcelain plates from 1971-1974 - otherwise, their plates can be made of steel, aluminum or plastic - other materials are uncommon.

The vast majority of these Grenada plates are from the legendary collection of the late Bob Bittner, who obtained them personally over the course of many trips to the Caribbean.
