Collection: Dominican Republic

On many Dominican Republic plates, you will see a "1o" or "2o."  Many plates were issued every 6 months, with "1o" referring to the first semester, or 6-month period.  "2o" is therefore the 2nd semester, or 6-month period.

The vast majority of these Dominican Republic plates are from the legendary collection of the late Bob Bittner.
